Acknowledgment and Liability Disclaimer: By participating in any services facilitated or offered by where Light enters and its practitioners, you agree to the following terms:
I understand that the services provided through where Light enters are not intended to replace mental or physical health services, counseling, or medical care. They are complementary to, but not a substitute for, professional health or medical treatment.
I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I am fully aware of the potential intensity and depth of the work. I consent to engage in this process and am prepared for the possibility of encountering discomfort.
I understand that the services provided by where Light enters are intended for personal growth and spiritual exploration, supporting my journey toward greater self-awareness and healing. By participating, I acknowledge that the process may involve deep personal and emotional work. I accept full responsibility for my own experiences and outcomes. I recognize that where Light enters, and its practitioners, cannot be held liable for any results arising from the use of these services. Participation is based on personal choice and responsibility.
Right to Refuse Service: I accept that where Light enters reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, instances where the client is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or mind-altering substances, or if the practitioner deems that the services may not be suitable or beneficial for the client at that time.
Confidentiality & Privacy: where Light enters will not contact you for any reason outside of your message to us. We will never sell or share your personal information. However, in the event of safety concerns or legal issues, where Light enters reserves the right to disclose information as required by law or to ensure the safety of individuals.
Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our work and the dedicated effort we put into each session, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: To ensure we provide the best possible experience, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. If cancellation notice is not provided within this timeframe, the full cost of the session will be due. If rescheduling is required, please notify us promptly with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This policy helps us honor our commitment to all clients and maintain the integrity of our scheduling.
Additional Time Fee: Sessions are scheduled for a specific duration. However, we work intuitively with respect to your time and to ours to ensure that the depth and quality of the session align with your needs. If a session extends beyond the allotted time, an additional fee of $1 per minute will be added to the final cost at the time of payment. This ensures that we can provide the necessary depth of service while respecting our scheduling commitments.
